Q. What is the general return policy on Jmantra Products?
A. You can inform us within 14 days of the date of receipt of delivery if in the unfortunate event that you are not happy or satisfied with our products.
Only a few points to consider:
1. You can initiate the return process by emailing us at email@example.com or calling us on 0172-4080386
2. The product should return us within 14 days of the date of the receipt of delivery.
3. Please ensure the product is in its original condition, unopened and unused product along with the original invoice, box and price tags.
4. If in case the courier is found ineligible for a refund, we will send the product back to you.
5. You will have an option to take a refund or exchange the product, as per your request. For the payment made by card, refund will be processed on the same bank account and in case of cash on delivery; refund will be issued on the bank details shared by the customer for payment.
6. Please note that replacements are subject to the availability of particular products.
Q. If I receive a defective item or not something which I ordered, what should I do in that case?
A. Under such situation, you can contact & inform us within the 14 days of receipt of the product. You can inform us on by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 0172-4080386
Only a few points to consider:
1. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt of the products and the product should reach us within 10 days of sending the request.
2. The product should be returned in original packaging along with the original box, price tags, and invoice.
3. As soon as we receive your items back, we inspect it to ensure everything is present and is in original condition and then we issue the full refund or exchange with the similar or different item which you have requested.
4. Please note that replacements are subject to the availability of particular products.
5. Payment made by card will be refunded on the same bank account and an online transfer will be issued on the bank details shared by the customer for payment made by Cash on delivery.
Q. What is your category specific policy for return?
A. Food- Our food products should be received in the original packaging as you received. The product should be sealed as original condition, any opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. Factors such as stomach upset, headache and flavor like/dislike would not be applicable for return. Please consult with your doctor or physician before buying the products.
Service: Any service provided by us or our strategic partner company is not applicable for any refund.
Eligibility for a refund:
1. Products that are unused and in its original new condition if not defective or damages.
2. Products which are not damaged or broken by customers.
3. Products which have not tampered and is not missing its Serial/UPC number.
4. The product returned in its original packaging including box and other items as received along with the particular product.

Q. Are there any processing fees for replacements or returns?
A. The customer may be liable to pay a processing fee in case of returns or replacements under certain conditions – like requesting a change of flavor/product/variant or any requests of similar nature. The processing fee amount will be informed to the customer at the time of making the request for replacement/return.
In case of errors in the product such as incorrect flavor/variant/product shipped to the customer, there will not be any processing fee applicable on requests for returns or replacement.
Q. I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pickup?
A. You can contact us to initiate a replacement/return. You will receive a call from us explaining the process, once you have initiated.
Wherever possible through our courier partner we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by our end, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier costs up to Rs 100 for any courier charges borne by you to send the product to us.
Q. What are the modes of refund available after cancellation or return?
A. For payment made by:
Debit/Credit or any other Card- We will refund in the same bank account.
Cash on delivery or any other mode- An online transfer would be made using bank account details shared by the registered customer only.
Q. In case of a refund, in how many days will the money be refunded?
A. According to the guideline mentioned above the money will be refunded in 14 working days.
Q. In how many days will the product be delivered in the product replacement process?
A. After the approval of your request for return/replacement, the product will be replaced and delivered to you in 14 working days.
Q. I have placed an order but due to some reason I need to cancel it. Can I do that?
A. If we receive a cancellation notice before order dispatched by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to the user within 14 working days.
We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been dispatched, it is pertinent to note that we have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
